1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of live streaming services by Cyprus Live to you, the client. By booking our services or submitting a questionnaire/enquiry, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Services

Cyprus Live provides professional live streaming services for weddings, proposals, private events, corporate events, and sports events across Cyprus. The specific services, equipment, and coverage for your event will be outlined in your booking confirmation or custom proposal.

3. Bookings & Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed once you accept our proposal and pay the required deposit.
• We require a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total package price to secure your date.
• The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event date.
• Dates are held on a first-come, first-served basis and are only reserved upon receipt of the deposit.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices displayed on our website are starting prices in euros and are inclusive of standard VAT where applicable.
• Add-ons, overtime, and bespoke requirements will be quoted separately and confirmed in writing before your event.
• Payment can be made via bank transfer or other methods agreed upon at the time of booking.
• Any additional hours beyond the included package hours will be charged at the overtime rate specified in your booking agreement.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Client cancellation (30+ days before): the deposit is non-refundable, but no further payment is due.
• Client cancellation (fewer than 30 days): 50% of the total package price is due.
• Rescheduling: one free date change is permitted if requested at least 30 days before the original event date, subject to availability.
• Force majeure: if the event cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond either party's control (e.g. extreme weather, government restrictions), we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.

6. Event Day Requirements

• We will conduct a venue site visit (where feasible) or a remote connectivity assessment before your event.
• The client is responsible for ensuring our team has reasonable access to the venue, power outlets, and a suitable setup area.
• We bring our own professional-grade internet bonding solutions, but cannot guarantee stream quality if venue conditions make connectivity impossible.

7. Stream Quality & Liability

• We use professional equipment and redundant connectivity to deliver the highest possible stream quality.
• While we take every precaution, live streaming depends on real-time internet connectivity and factors outside our control. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted streaming.
• Our total liability for any service failure shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the event in question.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Content & Intellectual Property

• The live stream recording remains available for the replay period specified in your package.
• We may use anonymised screenshots or short clips from your event for portfolio or marketing purposes, unless you explicitly opt out in writing before the event.
• You retain all rights to your event content. We do not claim ownership of the footage.

9. Privacy

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the data practices described therein.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
